In accordance with the Trust Order, the current Trustee, Tina Ngatai retires by rotation and is available for re-election (does not require nomination) for a further 5-year term.

UPDATE: Tina Ngatai was due to retire by rotation at the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and was available for re-election.

Nominations for the position of Trustee closed at 4pm on the 8th September 2025.

As no nominations were received by the Returning Officer, Tina Ngatai has been re-elected to the Trust for a further term of 5 years.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Tamatekapua meeting House, Ohinemutu, Rotorua on Saturday the 1st November 2025, at 10.00am.
