In accordance with the Trust Order, the current Trustee, David Tapsell retires by rotation and is available for re-election (does not require nomination) for a further 5-year term.

One nomination was received by the Returning Officer, therefore, an election for one trustee position on the Trust is to be held.

Hard copy voting packs for the 2026 Election of Trustee will be posted to those whom we hold NZ postal addresses, on the 14th September 2026. An email notice will also be sent to NZ and overseas owners.

For NZ owners – if you do not receive your hard copy voting pack within 10 working days, please contact the Returning Officer, GHA on (07) 348 3599 or returningofficer@gha.co.nz.

You may email your signed voting form, post it (in the reply envelope) or hand deliver. All voting forms must be received at the office of the Returning Officer no later than 4pm Friday 23rd October 2026.
